Role & Responsibilities:

* Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems in a new residential development.

* Supervise on-site mechanical works, ensuring all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

* Liaise with subcontractors, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.

* Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to project management.

* Provide technical support and guidance to on-site teams.

Key Requirements:

* Valid CSCS card

* SSSTS / SMSTS

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the residential construction sector.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and drainage systems.

* Previous experience on new build or large-scale residential projects is essential.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
