A well-established property company is looking for a Client Accountant to join their team. This role involves managing landlord payments, rent calculations, and ensuring accounts are up to date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Accountant duties - Handling landlord payments, rent calculations, and fee breakdowns accurately.
• Arrears Management - Following up on outstanding payments professionally.
• Processing Payments - Managing contractor invoices and early rent payments efficiently.
• Financial Accuracy - Ensuring records are maintained and reconciled correctly.
• Property Finance Knowledge - Understanding tenancy agreements, service charges, and related financial elements.

What we’re looking for:

? 1-2 years’ experience in client accounting or property finance.

? Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

? Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
