Salary: £28,000 - £48,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Company Overview:
My client is a leading trade manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors, seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive with strong leadership and technical skills. Ideally, you have a background in the window/fenestration industry, particularly in B2B environments. This role is critical to the company's success, so we need someone who can hit the ground running.

Job Responsibilities:

* Sales Generation: Generate new sales through phone outreach and occasionally by meeting new or existing clients in person.

* Sales Team Oversight: Keep track of the sales team's performance and monitor targets to ensure goals are met.

* Technical Support: Be the main point of contact for technical questions from office staff, factory staff, and customers.

* Customer Assistance: Assist customers with product installation issues and resolve any escalated concerns.

* Client Engagement: Meet with potential customers to onboard them and manage relationships with key clients.

* Product Improvement: Source upgraded parts from suppliers to enhance the company's product offerings.

* Customer Solutions: Understand customer pain points and work on solutions to improve service and products.

* Issue Resolution: Liaise with customers when production issues arise, offering solutions to keep projects on track.

* Technical Documentation: Produce technical literature and materials, such as cross-section drawings and installation guides.

* Complex Quotations: Prepare and send quotations for complex jobs, including curtain walling projects.

* Project Processing: Handle Schuco, corner bifold, and corner sliding door jobs.

What You'll Need:

* Strong leadership and technical skills, particularly in the window/fenestration industry.

* Experience working in B2B environments, ideally within aluminium window and door manufacturing.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

* Proficiency in relevant software and CAD drawing capabilities.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
