💰 Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing windows and doors installation business, for an experienced Installation Manager to join their team in Manchester.

The Role:

As the Installation Manager, you will oversee installation teams, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing site operations, liaising with customers, and maintaining quality control to uphold the company's excellent reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Managing installation teams and subcontractors
✅ Planning and scheduling installations efficiently
✅ Ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
✅ Conducting site inspections and resolving any on-site issues
✅ Overseeing health & safety compliance
✅ Managing materials and logistics
✅ Communicating with clients, surveyors, and internal teams

What We're Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in window and door installations, ideally in a management role
✔ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✔ Excellent knowledge of installation processes and building regulations
✔ Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
✔ A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
✔ Full UK driving licence
