The Role: Executive AssistantAn Executive Assistant is required to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Specialty, CEO, Chief Risk Officer, Group COO/CIO and Group Placement Director within PIB Group.  This role demands exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The EA will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless operations and effective time management for the executives.Responsibilities:
•    Diary & Schedule Management: Proactively manage multiple executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
•    Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare agendas for executive meetings, ensuring accurate minute-taking and follow-ups on action items.
•    Travel Arrangements: Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including visas, transport, and accommodation.
•    Communication & Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for executives, handling emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
•    Document Preparation & Management: Draft, review, and distribute reports, presentations, and official documents.
•    Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
•    Event & Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing corporate events, executive projects, and strategic initiatives.
•    Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
•    Administrative & Operational Support: Manage expenses, process invoices, and handle general administrative tasks efficiently.  Adhoc office duties as required. 
•    Provide cover for C-suite executives during other EA’s annual leave.  Experience:
•    Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
•    Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively.
•    Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring professionalism in all interactions.
•    High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant administrative tools.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
•    Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is advantageous but not essential.Further informationAs well as a competitive salary we offer the following benefits
