Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs?

Academics is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join a new Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP) within a thriving primary school in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children with additional learning needs, particularly those with Autism (ASD) and speech & language difficulties.

The Role:

Supporting early years/nursery-aged children within the ELP
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning and support strategies
Creating an engaging and nurturing environment for children with diverse needs
Supporting communication development and social interaction skills

The Ideal Candidate:

✅ Experience working with early years/nursery-aged children
✅ Understanding of SEN, particularly Autism (ASD) and speech & language needs
✅ Passionate about inclusion and making a difference in children's lives
✅ Able to work effectively as part of a team within a school setting
✅ Available to start immediately and commit to a full-time role
