Opus have just partnered with a national charity dedicated to ending homelessness and transforming the lives of people experiencing it. They provide essential services, including accommodation, food, and support, to help people overcome homelessness and rebuild their lives.

About the Role
As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their mission by implementing their new Dynamics 365 CE platform. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure the system effectively supports their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including configuration, customisation, and data migration.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Train and enable users on the effective use of the system.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration with other systems and platforms.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of at least one Dynamics 365 CE modules. (Either Sales, Service, Marketing, or Field Service)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in a non-profit or charity sector is preferred.
