A leading and rapidly growing operator in the Aparthotel sector is currently seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to join their Manchester property.

With a strong presence across key European cities and continued expansion into new markets, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic brand during a period of significant growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced, driven individual with a strong understanding of the Manchester corporate and group travel market, and a proven track record in Hotel, Aparthotel or Property Sales. Extensive local knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive local and national sales initiatives, including networking, account management, and attending trade shows
Identify and secure new corporate accounts, while growing and maintaining existing relationships
Promote the brand and its portfolio through targeted sales and marketing activities
Manage enquiries across corporate, group and extended stay segments, ensuring timely and competitive quoting
Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports
Support the use and administration of sales and property management systems (e.g. Opera, Salesforce, SiteMinder)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across commercial and operational strategies

Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in Hotel/Aparthotel/Property Sales, Reservations, or Account Management
Strong network and deep understanding of the Manchester and wider UK corporate travel market
Proven ability to generate new business and manage long-term client relationships
Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Opera, IDEAS, Agency360, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Understanding of local market trends, GDS knowledge preferred
Commercially focused with a proactive and data-driven approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed
