Reporting to the Financial Transactions Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting finance functions, audit, statutory accounts, and forecasting. · Provide financial accounting support and input into monthly management reporting
· Financial modelling to facilitate European and US entity reporting
· Adoption of new accounting standards and technical accounting rules to support International Reporting
· Assist with group accounts consolidation
· Support preparation of the monthly Board Pack
· Meet reporting requirements of Investors
· Assist year-end R&D reporting submissionBudget & Forecasting
· Contribute to annual Budget and re-forecasting processM&A
· Support business M&A growth plansCompliance and Control
· Process improvement by challenging business as usual
· Contribute to tight financial control in order to mitigate P&L risk including Balance Sheet review
· Ensure compliance with Regulatory Bodies and accounting standardsERP Support
· Support ongoing ERP functionality improvement aligned with departmental reporting requirements
· Promote cross departmental efficiency working closely with the Business Information departmentRequired knowledge:
· Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA or QBE
· 2 years post qualified experience
· Knowledge of IFRS
· Proven track record of good financial governance
· Strong financial reporting skills (Forecasting / Performance analysis)
· Treasury reportingDesirable knowledge:
· Private Equity backed business experience
· Microsoft Dynamics BC experience
· Jet and / or Power BI Reporting experience
· Healthcare industry exposureKey skills we are looking for:
