REED is collaborating with a school in Northamptonshire to recruit a dedicated Music Teacher available to start in October 2024. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and contribute to the musical education within a supportive school environment.
Day-to-day of the role: - Deliver engaging and inspiring music lessons to students across various age groups.
- Develop lesson plans and curricula that reflect the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music into a broader educational context.
- Organise and direct school music performances and events.
- Stay current with educational best practices and incorporate new techniques into teaching.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the Music curriculum with experience in delivering lessons effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
