Deputy Nurse Manager (Supernumerary)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Nurse Manager to support the delivery of outstanding care services. This supernumerary role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Home Manager with a strong commitment to quality care.

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care while fostering positive relationships with families, external care professionals, and the internal team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a similar setting.
• Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
• Strong ability to empathise and engage effectively with service users.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with service users to understand their needs and deliver exceptional care.
• Manage safeguarding processes, including identifying referral pathways for safeguarding concerns and abuse.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards and regulations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and team members.
• Promote collaborative care by involving service users and their families in developing, implementing, and evaluating personalized care programs.
