We are excited to partner with a well-established FMCG manufacturing business in Manchester, which is currently seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Leader to join its team.

As HSE Leader, reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take the lead in driving workplace safety, ensuring environmental compliance, and overseeing health management initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures, fostering a safe, sustainable, and compliant work environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, coupled with a proven track record of shaping and maintaining HSE policies that align with industry regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you'll collaborate closely with teams at all levels to promote a proactive, safety-first culture across the business.
