Responsibilities:
As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator (Turning), your contributions will be vital to our manufacturing team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating CNC Machinery (CNC Lathes) to produce aerospace-quality machined components
- Selecting and applying the required tooling for efficient machining operations
- Editing and creating precise machining programmes
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and safety policies
- Contributing to a safe and productive working environment
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Minimum of 4 years of direct experience with FANUC-controlled CNC Machinery
- Proven ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings for CNC programming
- Confident communicator with strong collaborative skills
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in an Aerospace AS9100-approved facility
- Familiarity with Mazak controls
- Swiss Auto experience
Technologies:
- CNC Lathes machinery
- FANUC control systems
- Knowledge of machining tools and safety standards
