We need a Teaching Assistant to join our year 8 and 9 classes to work alongside children with autism and SEMH needs.

Your responsibilities

* Support during lessons to enhance student engagement and retention

* Develop strong, trust-based relationships with students, using interests as a key building block

* Provide dedicated support to students requiring individual attention, promoting resilience and independence

* An ability to build strong connections with students

* Skills to manage challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism
