Are you a motivated Design Engineer looking to bring your skills to a dynamic and growing team? We're on the lookout for a creative thinker with a passion for innovative design solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design bespoke permanent formwork solutions-think cantilever panels, haunched panels, Lite panels, and more.
• Use cutting-edge tools like AutoCAD Inventor, Tekla, and Google SketchUp to bring projects to life.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique project needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Visit project sites as needed to provide hands-on technical support and insights.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to help refine and improve our product offerings.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor, Tekla, or Revit.
• Knowledge of composite materials and structural steel is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Flexibility to travel for site visits (around 50% travel preferred).

Location: Based in Hull with flexibility to work remotely as needed. Must be able to commute to Hull.
