Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise lessons in the absence of the teacher, creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, and provide behaviour management
Support students in their learning
Keep accurate attendance records and communicate any concerns to the appropriate staff.

Candidate Requirements:

Ability to communicate and follow instruction
Previous teaching experience
Be able to maintain student focus through an engaging delivery of the lesson
Flexibility and adaptability
Passionate about making a difference in the learning journey of students
