The Role
As Technical Specification Sales Manager, you will:

Educate and influence decision-makers: Engage Tier 1 stakeholders - Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers - to highlight the game-changing benefits of this advanced process.

Overcome barriers: Build compelling cases to address traditional cost-based objections, demonstrating the substantial savings in time and overall project budgets.

Expand into new markets: Focus on high-growth sectors such as Data Centres, Pharma, Marine, and Renewable Energy, leveraging your expertise and industry connections to unlock opportunities.

Close with confidence: Deliver compelling presentations, often securing decisions in the first meeting.

What You Bring

*

A business 'Hunter' mentality, with a proven record of driving sales for technical or process-driven solutions, ideally within engineering or construction sectors.

*

The ability to communicate with and influence senior decision-makers, presenting complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

*

Experience in delivering technical presentations or CPDs, with a structural engineering background being a strong advantage.

*

Industry knowledge or networks within Data Centres, Pharma, Marine, or Energy sectors, or with Tier 1 contractors, will set you apart.
