A specialist secondary school in Ealing for students aged 11-19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism, and additional needs is seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS3 Teacher to join its dedicated team. About the Role We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to ensuring all students reach their full potential. The role involves:

Teaching a KS3 class group with a range of learning needs, including ASD. Delivering the core curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging, accessible, and differentiated. Working proactively with parents, carers, and external professionals to support student development. Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where students feel valued and respected. Taking responsibility for pupil progress, behaviour, and well-being. Contributing to the wider life of the school through teamwork and collaboration. Who will thrive in this Special Needs Teacher Role? We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs with:
