Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor based in Taunton, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients protect what matters most to them. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering top-tier service and providing tailored insurance solutions. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, answering inquiries, processing policies, and ensuring clients feel supported at every step.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Client Interaction: Handle inquiries, provide quotes, process payments, and manage renewals, all while offering excellent customer service at every stage.
  • Proactive Engagement: Reach out to existing and prospective clients to uncover additional insurance needs and create new opportunities to serve them.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues, clarify customer queries, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Outbound Calls: Generate new business by calling existing clients to review their coverage and offering additional products where appropriate.
About You

We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused and eager to help others. You will need to have:

Experience:
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience working with insurance products is a bonus, but not essential (training will be provided).
  • Comfortable working with systems and software (full training provided).
  • The ability to work to targets and meet deadlines.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to identify and address customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to help others.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
