Head/Senior Private Client Solicitor 

Location: Horsham Office

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to lead the Private Client Department at a respected law firm.

You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of private client matters, including but not limited to:

• Drafting wills
• Managing powers of attorney
• Handling probate cases
• Advising on trusts and inheritance issues
• Assisting with deputyship applications

In addition to technical expertise, you will have a proven ability to manage your own caseload effectively, while providing exceptional client service.
