Salary: Starting from £30,000 per annum depending upon experience with a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Type: Full-time, hybrid (in-office ⅔ days a week) after the initial training period
Are you a joinery professional who enjoys mentoring and training others? Do you have an interest in technology and a desire to learn how to use it more effectively? If so, we would love to hear from you!
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions to our end-user customers, both online and in-person. In addition, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone and email.
At Joinerysoft Ltd, we believe that your skills as a joinery professional, be that as a bench joiner, estimator, draughtsman or CNC operator could be highly transferable to this position. You may not be aware of how your existing skills can be applied in a software setting, but we encourage you to consider how your joinery knowledge can help you to understand our clients' needs and train them on our software. We will provide you with all the necessary training and resources to help you succeed in this role.
The ideal Joinery Advisor and Trainer candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

Relevant experience in a joinery workshop or CNC machine operation
*
Proficient in creating 2D drawings within CAD software programs
*
Good computing skills, some experience with Excel spreadsheets and Google sheets would be an advantage. You may also, already be a user of our Joinery Management Software.
*
An inquisitive mind and a desire to learn and master new software applications.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
*
Ability to teach software concepts in a clear and concise manner
*
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office 2 or 3 days a week and remote)
*
Flexibility to travel and work away from home when necessary and to work hours that correspond to our overseas customers when necessary.

Have a full driving licence
Joinery Advisor and Trainer Main Responsibilities:
*
Conduct software training sessions to end-users, both online and in-person
*
Install/configure software for new customers
*
Provide technical support to our customers
*
Collaborate with our development team to identify software bugs and provide feedback for improvement
*
Provide technical joinery knowledge to our development team to assist with the future development of our products
*
Occasionally travel to client sites for training or support purposes
