Senior Site Manager needed for a long-term freelance project***

The Project

Senior Civils Site Manager needed for an HS2 contract working on RAMS, procedural paperwork and client liaison. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the office side of the contract, working closely with the client and representing the contractor in progress meetings. There is 12 months work for the right candidate.

Requirements

SMSTS
CSCS (Black Card)
Strong civil engineering experience
A background in site management
Strong experience in RAMS, site procedures and paperwork as number one on site for a civils subcontractorAdditional skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Effective time management abilities
* Capacity to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* Knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and protocols
* Demonstrated capability in establishing and maintaining relationships
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
