Air Conditioning ImproverLocation: South East London, SE5Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pmRole Summary:The main focus of the Air Conditioning Improver role is to carry out service maintenance works on site. The successful Air Conditioning Improver will work alongside a team of Air Conditioning Engineers providing a professional service to clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
• Use client portal and CAFM system if required
• Provide Further works reports where required
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management

Requirements

• F Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
• C&G Level 2 AC & Refrigeration (Preferable) 
• Two years experience in Air Conditioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
