Quality Manager

£40,000 - £45,000 + full benefits package.

Monday - Friday

I am looking to recruit a Quality Manager for a leading client of mine within the Manufacturing sector.

Duties;

* Team leadership

* Recruitment and training of team

* Continuation / retention of approvals - EN9100, ISO9001, ISO14001, and customer/OEM approvals.

* Lead Internal / External / Supplier audits

* KPI responsibility

* Continuous improvement work

* Quality checks and approval at the customer enquiry stage.

* NPI Work

* Quality control training, standard quality-controlled management of the Skills Matrix to ensure all our staff are operating safely, effectively and efficiently.

* Monitoring Quality processes to ensure efficiency.

* Manage the QC/QA Process Confirmation action tracker.

Key Skills Required;

* Experience in quality management

* A good understanding of engineering processes and specifications

* Team management

* Experienced improving Quality

* Customer Facing

* IT literate, in particular SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

* Commercially and strategically aware
