As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and lead their growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: You will develop and implement a robust business development strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Client Acquisition: Your role will involve identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape will be crucial to inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Leadership: You will lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with technical and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Networking: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the cloud consultancy or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for monthly team meetings and client engagements as needed.
