Marketing Campaign Manager

Are you a dynamic, results-driven marketer with a passion for crafting and executing impactful multi-channel campaigns? Our client is seeking a Global Marketing Campaign Manager on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, who can lead and take marketing initiatives to new heights alongside their cross functional marketing teams.

Marketing Campaign Manager Responsibilities

As the Global Campaign Manager your key duties will include:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create compelling assets, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Execute campaigns across digital and offline channels, monitor performance, and optimize based on data.
Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal ROI.
Work with commercial, innovation, and technical teams to align messaging and ensure seamless execution.
Conduct post-campaign analysis, evaluate performance against KPIs, and provide insights for future campaigns. Generate reports to track key metrics.

Marketing Campaign Manager Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or business and/or CIM
Previous marketing and CRM experience in a B2B environment
Demonstrable experience in campaign management, and a track record of successful campaign execution and ROI
Experienced with copywriting
B2B marketing experience, ideally within a complex global environment
Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools
Excellent multitasking skills and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location

Based in south Oxfordshire, this is a hybrid role, working from home 2 days per week. Free onsite parking is available.
