Role Overview:
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role includes cost management, tendering, contract administration, risk management, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Lead the procurement and tendering process.
• Administer contracts and manage variations.
• Identify risks and implement cost-efficient solutions.
• Provide accurate financial reports to senior management.
• Mentor junior surveyors and collaborate with project teams.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in large-scale projects (data centres, pharma, healthcare, commercial).
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management, and procurement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; MRICS is a plus.
• Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office.
