You will be confident with spreadsheets as this is heavily used in this role.

• Dealing with customers via phone and email.
• These customers could be wishing to hire equipment, or perhaps dealing with manufacturers who sell the equipment to the end user.
• Dealing with booking in on site inspections of equipment to be used.
• Ordering any necessary parts from suppliers to the workshop can fix equipment.
• Managing the maintenance contracts for the end user as part of the package.
• Inputting job sheets of work completed by engineers and inputting these details into the system ready for invoicing.

Hours: flexible 8.30am - finish at 4.00pm. 30 minutes for lunch.

Holidays: 5 weeks plus statutory 8 Bank Holidays.
