Leasehold Officer - Essex - Hybrid - 3 months rolling - Rate DOE

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Dealing with leaseholder enquiries, lease extension enquiries
Major works queries on final bills on section 20s
Processing arrears on service chargers
Dealing with direct debits and the return direct debits

You must have experience or knowledge in:

Previous experience as a full leasehold officer in a local authority (not just administration)
Experience with section 20 notices - issuing them, processing them and dealing with observations off the back of them.
Understands and processed estimates and actuals.
Has chased for major works and service charge arrears.
Previously worked with lease, extensions, enquiries , management packs, enfranchisement.
