Do you have previous team management experience in a technology or SAAS industry and/or an understanding of Marketing deliverables? Are you passionate about developing and improving your team to deliver an exceptional service to customers? As a Client Services Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

Effective management of high-profile clients and key accounts.
Ensuring client requests, setups and support are handled correctly and within agreed timeframes.
Working with internal and external teams pre and post customer setup.
Developing, managing and driving the implementation of client service deliverables and best practices.
Managing and developing a small team of customer service associates, ensuring they are providing an exceptional client experience and adhering to the values of the company.
Coaching and supporting team members to meet departmental and personal goals.
Identifying and coordinating of the team's training requirements/needs.
Carrying out regular quality assurance checks of systems and processes, proactively identifying and addressing any issues/errors relating to client setup and maintenance.
Identifying improvements to enhance the setup and maintenance of client products.
Creating monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPI's are being met.

To be a successful Client Services Manager, you must have:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to anticipate the needs of customers.
Strong online technology / application skills.
A solution focused approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions.
Innovative, analytical, and creative thinking skills to ensure the company is providing a cutting-edge client experience.
Knowledge of customer services programs and databases, or the ability to pick up new software quicky.
Ability to demonstrate leadership and inspire confidence to gain the trust of support teams.
