ResponsibilitiesMain Purpose and Scope of the Job:This role will support the Finance Manager and Management accountant with month end reporting and will also drive a number of automation projects from our finance system - SAP-Business by Design.Management Accounts:

• Assist in preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts
• Accruals and Prepayments
• Maintaining and reconciling the General ledger
• Management Information & Automation
• Implement feed of data from SAP into Google's looker Data Studio
• Preparation of Month end reports - e.g. MA Deck, Teams P&L etc
• Lead in reports automation.

Accounts Payable

• Maintain accurate and up to date Supplier records
• Making timely payments to suppliers
• Record all invoices and payments into the SAP system
• Automate the AP process as much as suitable.

Other TasksMaintain other necessary financial records.Assist with Month End closing processes and other Finance ad-hoc tasks.Experience and Knowledge

• 2 - 4 years' work experience in a relevant Finance function.
• Intermediate/ Advanced Excel Knowledge
• User experience in financial accounting software (SAP or similar).
• Knowledge of SQL based data warehouse will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of tools such as Google Looker data or Power-BI will be an advantage.

Qualification

• Degree in Accounting & Finance or similar or AAT Qualification.
• Part Qualification in CIMA/ ACCA or similar UK Accounting course will be an advantage.
