Service Advisor
Basic Salary - £28,000 plus bonus scheme
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm plus alternate Saturdays 8am to 1pm on a rota
Location - Wisbech

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
Arranging Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
Previous experience Upselling  
Full manual UK Driving Licence
