Role: Senior Procurement Manager

Location: Blackpool

Contract: 12–18-month FTC

Salary: £54,000 - £60,000

Role:

We are currently working a Senior Procurement Manager position for an organisation in Blackpool.

The Role:

• Manage and oversee a professional procurement support service to stakeholders across each department
• Manage the procurement pipeline
• Ensure the accuracy and robustness of tendering documentation and templates
• Procurement of high value, complex contracts
• Ensure that the contracts & procurement software system data is accurate and up to date
• Produce and implement procurement plans
• Ensure colleagues are fully trained on PCR2023 regulations
• Prepare and implement a procurement development plan

Person:

• MCIPS qualification
• Public Sector procurement experience
• Demonstrable record of continual professional development
• Significant experience in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
