London based, office role

Exciting opportunity for a Debt Recovery Director to join a market leading car park management company.

Euro Car Parks is a market leading car park management and Property Company operating across all market sectors covering the whole of the UK and Ireland. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our London office for a Debt Recovery Director with excellent people skills to join our dedicated team and contribute to our growth. We are looking for a passionate, pro-active, enthusiastic and motivated team player to provide the highest standards of professionalism with previous experience within a debt management role essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work with stakeholders and other advisors to further enhance the company's successful management of the recovery of parking charge notice debt.

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Manage and analyse in-house debt recovery

Assist the team as and when dealing with issues and liaising with client relationship coordinators.

Keep debt management systems up to date with all actions undertaken being recorded.

Continue to implement effective collection strategies against all company segments

Providing support to other internal teams that support effective debt management processes

Analyse statistics and produce reports and review other data to manage the level of debt being provided within the business.

Utilise technology and data to deliver the most effective insight, segmentation and collections customer journey while ensuring the efficiency of our collections processes are maximised and that business performance is strong.

Assist with the management and introduction of KPIs across the team to maximise revenue opportunities

Working and managing our in-house team

Ensure highly effective controls are in place, meeting all regulatory and legal requirements.

The key skills we are looking for in a candidate should be but not limited to:

Excellent communicator with strong collections and customer service skills.

Outstanding planning and organisation and good problem-solving skills and a willingness to take responsibility

The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with stakeholders, customers and members of the public.

Excellent IT skills, with previous experience of working with Microsoft packages and specifically advanced excel skills including pivot tables

Motivated, flexible and pro-active with the ability to meet/exceed targets and service level agreements.

Good commercial experience
