Senior People Partner post available working for a leading care organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. They are looking for a strong influencer, a strategic advisor and a natural problem solver to work closely with our business to ensure we are providing an evolving service that meets their needs.

The role:

  • The Senior People Partner is responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management across the organisation.
  • You will facilitate, spearhead, and implement strategic initiatives that promote, foster, and solidify a dynamic yet harmonious workplace where their teams can thrive.
  • The Senior People Partner is responsible for ensuring the contribution of People expertise to business decision making and develop innovative people solutions to support business plans and strategy.
  • You will be a key conduit between the People services and other colleagues across the organisation. Maintaining effective communication links, ensuring that best practice is shared and developed.
  • You will ensure that operational and strategic Organisational Development services are aligned within Directorates, to promote partnership working and the delivery of a proactive and customer centred service, which improves the user experiences.

Experience required:

  • Detailed understanding of the principles of change management and able to demonstrate a successful track record of major organisational change.
  • Evidenced track record of effective partnership and collaborative working with all stakeholders to deliver aims and objectives through a coaching and consultancy approach, supporting and developing the leadership and management capabilities of senior staff throughout the organisation.
  • Experience of formulating new ways of working and creating strategies for workplace improvements within operational, and resourcing activities.
