Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment necessary for grounds keeping
- Build and maintain landscape features such as flowerbeds, walkways, and fences
- Irrigate lawns, gardens, and other green spaces as needed
- Use hand tools to trim trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Assist with the installation of new plants, flowers, and other landscaping elements
- Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
- Remove debris and litter from the grounds on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools and equipment
- Experience in garden maintenance and landscaping preferred
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for trimming and pruning tasks
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and digging
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
