Our client, a reputable housing company in Cheshire, is seeking a talented Permanent Layout Designer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the design and layout of housing projects, ensuring that plans are not just functional but also aesthetically pleasing. You will leverage your expertise in drawing, board layout, and software such as Autocad and Photoshop to bring innovative concepts to life. As a Layout Designer, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including architects and construction teams, supporting the entire design process from conception to execution, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Proven experience as a Layout Designer or similar role, preferably within the housing sector.

Strong proficiency in drawing and layout design tools, including Autocad and Photoshop.

Experience in managing and executing design plans effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams.

A degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
