Employee Relations Advisor - What You'll Be Doing:

✔ Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
✔ Managing complex casework from start to finish, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
✔ Supporting and coaching line managers to handle ER matters confidently.
✔ Keeping up to date with employment law changes and best practices.
✔ Assisting with HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
✔ Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting on ER cases.

Profile

Employee Relations Advisor - What We're Looking For:

🔹 Proven experience in an ER-focused role - you must have experience leading on ER cases - this is essential.
🔹 Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
🔹 Confident in handling high-volume and complex ER cases.
🔹 Excellent communication and coaching skills.
🔹 Ability to build strong relationships across the business.
