Russell Taylor is looking for an experienced Site Manager / Working Foreman to be based in Manchester. The majority of the work will be housing with vast amounts of disrepair works.

The ideal candidate will be a hands on site manager/working foreman who can get involved with surveying the job requirements property by property, organising the works and managing the works to completion. You will also be required to assist trades when required.

Good communication skills are essential and you must be willing to work as part of a team.

Must have the following:
• CSCS Card is essential
• SMSTS is essential
• First Aid is essential
• Two recent references are also required before starting on site
