WAREHOUSE OPERATOR/GENERAL LABOURER - HU15 AREA

WHAT WE OFFER:

SHIFT : SUN -FRI 6.00AM TILL Finish

PAY RATE : £12.60 per hour

Driving Licence is a must due to location

FLT desired but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring plants are stored in the correct location and in good condition

• Receiving, unpacking, arranging and storing goods

• Gathering, packing, preparing and loading goods for dispatching

• Checking stock for damage and wear, reporting faults.

• manual handling up to 10kg
• Regularly inspect plants for quality standards.
• Implement necessary quality control measures to address any issues identified.

Compliance and Sustainability:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
• Promote sustainable farming practices, including water conservation and integrated pest management.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively in a dynamic agricultural environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with farm equipment operation and data analysis tools.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
