£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Credit Controller within Manchester working alongside one of Cobalt's longstanding clients. This role as a Credit Controller is working for a successful real estate business who specialise within property management and sustainability. Here you will play a crucial role in handling the collection of outstanding money from their esteemed clientele.

Duties:

• Collect outstanding rent and service charges
• Work with Cashiering to identify tenant income and unallocated cash.
• Monitor and report on arrears and payment plans
• Collaborate with Client Leads on arrears strategy and manage litigation
• Prepare reports on Aged Debts and Collection Performance for Clients and Property Management Teams.
• Provide exceptional tenant communication to resolve disputes and build relationships.

Person Specification:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate across various levels, as you will be meeting with external stakeholders from time to time.

• Passionate about developing in the field of Real Estate.

• Experience from a previous / similar role.
