You’ll lead a team across management accounting, AP, and AR, driving efficiencies, strengthening controls, and supporting commercial decision-making alongside the CFO.What You’ll Be Doing:? Owning the month-end & year-end close process, delivering accurate & timely reporting.? Leading and developing a finance team, ensuring smooth operations across management accounts, AP & AR.? Driving process improvements, enhancing efficiency and strengthening internal controls.? Ensuring compliance with IFRS and liaising with auditors.? Working closely with the CFO & senior leadership to support commercial strategy.What We’re Looking For:? A strong technical finance background with expertise in month-end close & process improvement.? Experience managing finance teams across management accounts and transactional functions.? Deep IFRS knowledge and a keen eye for financial reporting standards.? Proven success in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment with multiple sites.?
