Senior Transport Consultant Pertemps Crewe are currently recruiting for a Senior Transport Consultant to join our Transport Desk.Within this Senior Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;

• Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services
• Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
• Maintaining strong relationships in the market
• Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the Pertemps client base.
• Source candidate from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements for this Senior Transport Consultant role;

• A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment consultant position.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Sales Experience
• In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and placing candidates
• Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
• Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential. You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key
• A drive, tenacity and real customer focus
