Provide tailored support for students with special educational needs.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and engagement.
Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists.
Monitor and report on student progress and development.Requirements:

Experience working with children with special educational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and flexible approach.What we offer:
