Are you an experienced Legal Biller looking for your next challenge? If so, our client, who are an excellent London law firm, will want to hear from you. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join their finance team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in legal billing who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and sending client bills accurately and efficiently.
• Working closely with fee earners to ensure timely billing.
• Monitoring client balances and following up to ensure payments are received.
• Proactively chasing outstanding invoices to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Providing support to the Finance Manager as required.
• Assisting in finance process improvements, including billing automation.
• Handling additional transactional finance processing duties as needed.

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and comfortable handling financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the firm.
