The key mission of the team is to deliver a reliable and effective cloud platform to internal departments as well as clients.As the first point of contact in supporting customers and colleagues with technical issues within the Cloud department you will be working in a fast paced and highly varied environment.Key responsibilities - Cloud EngineerIn this Cloud Support Engineer role, your tasks will include:
  • Providing support through a dedicated helpdesk on Cloud infrastructure for global development teams
  • Performing root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Working with developers to deploy and manage code changes (DevOps)
  • Developing tools that manage our platform using a wide variety of programming languages
  • Releasing development and testing environments to development teams
  • Monitoring and evaluating the health of the tech platform
Job requirements - Cloud Engineer
  • You must have a STEM or tech based degree with a 2:1 or above from a top tier university
  • At least ABB at A-level, ideally in STEM subjects
  • Some  work experience through internships or previous jobs
  • A clear interest in, and excitement for, a role in tech
  • A basic understanding of coding
  • Strong communication skills
