Leadership and Innovation: Work closely with the service manager and clinical lead to shape the future of musculoskeletal care in Barnet.

Key Responsibilities:

Autonomous Practice: Use your advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess and manage patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions, implementing evidence-based treatment plans.

Leadership and Collaboration: Provide expert clinical guidance, support the strategic direction of the physiotherapy service, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
*
Education and Training: Mentor and train physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, sharing your expertise to enhance the overall quality of care.
*
Service Development: Identify clinical research priorities, participate in audits, and drive service improvements in line with clinical governance.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced physiotherapist with a proven track record in musculoskeletal care and a passion for advanced practice. If you're committed to clinical excellence and keen to contribute to an evolving service, we want to hear from you!
Essential Qualifications:
*
Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy, with HCPC registration.
*
Minimum of 5 years' experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a detailed CPD portfolio.
*
Evidence of postgraduate education and advanced clinical practice in MSK.
Essential Experience:
*
Previous experience working under the advanced practice framework, including managing complex cases and interpreting diagnostic imaging.
*
Demonstrated ability to teach and train colleagues and conduct research or audits.
*
Strong understanding of clinical governance and the latest developments in MSK service delivery.
