Leatherhead based hybrid working opportunity, for a Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist to support in the growth objectives and brand profile by conceiving, planning and delivering effective marketing activities. In this role, there will be an emphasis on the lead and enquiry generation, across a range of marketing channels including: SEO, SEM, content, email, PR, social media.

Description
As the Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist you will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead on content marketing - Increase lead and enquiry generation through creation and broadcast of high quality, engaging content
- Drive lead and enquiry generation by conceiving, developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Continually improve the effectiveness and response rate of marketing activity in line with KPI targets
- Increase lead and enquiry generation by ensuring web pages meet the needs of target audience (navigation, accessibility, content structure, functionality)
- Support and champion brand consistency, awareness and development within the business.
- Help develop and leverage CRM and other systems

Profile
The successful Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist will have the following:
- Demonstrable experience within search and content marketing
- Understanding of SEO best practice
- Experience with CMS's
- Understanding of content marketing best practice and tactics
- Proven experience directly creating a variety of content types (articles, infographics, videos, webinars etc)
- Understanding of campaign and email best practice
- Experience in copywriting
Job Offer
The successful Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist will receive a competitive package up to £37,000, plus the chance to join a collaborative and supportive environment.You will be office based 3days a week in Leatherhead, so must be able to commute here for hybrid working.
