£28-£35,000 basic with realistic year 1 OTE of an additional £15,000

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager and Closer to engage with thousands of UK businesses looking for a solution like ours.

Your Role

* Engage Leads: Reach out via phone and email to existing leads generated by our lead generation team

* Build Relationships: Listen to prospective clients' challenges and tailor solutions that fit.

* Close the deal: Convert those prospects into long-term partners

* Customer Success: Work with our wider team to support clients maximise their value from our solution

* 75/25% split of following up leads to self generating your own leads via cold calling

What are we looking for?

* Proven experience in outbound sales and also closing leads

* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with business owners.

* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

* Experience and capability in working fully remotely

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
