We have an exciting and rare new opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join an award-winning consultancy firm in West Yorkshire as an Associate / Senior Building Surveyor. 

This position will see the successful individual offered career growth and a varied working role, including public and commercial sector work. 

You must be of Chartered status to be considered for this position.

Working hours:

• 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Monday to Friday

The successful Associate / Senior Building Surveyor will be offered:

• £50,000 - £70,000 basic salary - dependent on experience

Associate / Senior Building Surveyor requirements:

• Experience as a practising Building Surveyor - minimum of 5 years 
• Chartered status
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal 
• Able to work well as part of a team 
• Access to own car 
• Living within commutable distance to the Wakefield area.
